- Keep up to date we are working on nature codes for fire and ems. currently fire codes are accepted, ems codes are drafted- see the download site. Nature codes are used with Penobscot RCC's dispatch program. We are working to have response plans set up. These plans are used to help remove some response delay, radio traffic and officer thinking for requesting resources on calls. Each department needs to set up there own response plans. If they don't default plans or a book will have to be used. Contact Steve Martell at the University of Maine IT 581-4040 (UMPD) ask for Steve. He will get you an application for a login to Summit (dispatch program) and he can set up a training if enough call and request.
-Narrow Banding project updates are comming soon, keep checking back
-The Radio Interoperabilty Plan was adopted by this organization at the September 2009 Meeting, the complete plan is available in the downloads section.
